Interesting article, with a lot of parallels to us. It sounds like succession planning is a key activity/driver for Brighton. That's been our achillies heel this season, and may be one of the mistakes Simon Hallett alluded to at the end of the season. It would be expected that the Board will increase their focus on this in the coming year or two
