An absolute no-no! Hobbs hasn't proved himself at Step 3, so a move up to NLS (Step 2) not justified in any way at all. Doesn't coach or improve players, a woeful tactician and last Summer's signings were pitiful. He's not much liked by TCFC fans either! Although at a lower level, Jake Ash, a Cornishman, ex City and successful at Mousehole and has them playing easy on the eye football would be my choice.
