Maybe the club and Sheridan had targets lined up but with a change of manager these deals were put on hold until Adams has had time to look at everything and approve them.

Club are probably just dropping a hint tonight for an announcement in the morning. That tweet makes absolutely no sense if we aren't signing David Ball.
