...Gas' Matty Taylor is having a medical with Bristol City after a £300k (!) release clause in his contract was triggered.

Given the moaning on here about 'Argyle prices' and some of our transfer dealings, hopefully this provides a bit of catharsis knowing we're by far not the worst.

If that fees accurate then Rovers have well and truly been shafted. He's a brave lad having to live around Gas-heads after this :shock:

If I was at Rovers I would have said No to the offer. Surely then City would have had to show their hand, that they knew there was a release clause?
Presumably the player and his agent know about the release clause (no comment

) but who else would? :think:

According to the Guardian some numpty published his home address. There is now a police guard outside his home.
