Yes, we'd all be interested in knowing transfer fees. However, what has the value of a transaction between two clubs got to do with anyone else?

There's nothing wrong with two companies not disclosing to the outside world their financial dealings. As long as the FA / EFL are aware of the values and that everything is kosher, then why should the fans need to know?

I don't like it either. Can understand the notion of it but it seems to be used more and more these days and don't see why you would want to hide it. Ultimately it will come out in the accounts so would help if clubs just were a bit more open with their fans in the first place. Why the initial secrecy ?
