Definitely wasn’t over the line not even close, you could see that on the highlights and on goal rush this just confirms it

I love the way the defender is turning around looking for the ball. Meanwhile...

At the time I thought Toums had messed it up with his first touch and was lucky to poke it home. Neither of those observations was right.
