Yes, definitely. I like Sheridan but Tisdale's achievements up the road are extremely good. I thought his slide was irreversible this season but he's turned it around again. Fair play to him.

I think we're being a bit harsh on Sheridan, tonight he got it wrong, and he has got it wrong on a few occasions this season but all in all I think he's done a decent job. However I do think Chinos is a good manager and on a bigger budget would be a good manager for us, but i'm happy with Shez for now.
