Not seen enough of the team this season to offer a really valid comment, but judging by several posts on here and a careful study of every match report, Hourihane seems to prosper more with Blizzard as an anchor. Maybe Young and Hourihane together would mean the skipper is less likely to attack at will, which is definitely the best side of his game? Just a thought.Steve.PAFC2012":2jiojicj said:
With Luke and Conor in midfield they tend to get over run/physically outplayed/outpassed as they are not the best defenders nor combatants. Much better with a solid defensive midfielder in there. This is an exciting side that Shez has picked,should be a good game.
