I thought that if you ticked the appropriate box that was good enough. Never got last years so wasn't sure if we had ticked the box. Got it automatically the previous years and like many others have been in it from the beginning. :?

Then it should say that on the form next to where it offers it really. I hope the money I did not get also went to the foundation?
