Turns 21 on 10 November. 3 substitute appearances thus far. It doesn't look as if he has been given a fair crack if the whip at Bolton. Hopefully he will recognise this as a real opportunity to ensure that the reports that go back impress Neil Lennon. Not often a signing solves two problems in one go, but not only does it fill a season-long weakness, it releases McHugh to do what he clearly does best. If he is as good as his pedigree suggests then we have a good 'un on our books.
I was tempted to say that Greenbath but this does look like a good signing. He's not exactly a kid at 21 next month and hopefully will slot smoothly into a position he seems to know well.
Bit strange to get a loanee just as a new manager arrives. Might suggest that he's not very close to first team football.

If Lennon has come in and decided he will bring in a left sided player himself then it would not be so strange for him to tell the club to get the youngster Kellet out on loan for some match experience.
Some of the oldies will remember seeing his granddad Les Kellet as a regular competitor on ITV's World of Sport Saturday afternoon wrestling programme in the 60s and 70s.

Ideal. A real left wing back is just what we need and hopefully he will slot in perfectly.
So if it's 3 at the back, Mellor and Kellett as wing backs. O'Connor, the 2 Reids and Alessandra as most probable starters, that will leave Blizzard and Cox competing for the remaining midfield spot and a strong bench.

Hopefully Mellor will return to the right side as a wing back and not be sacrificed. This could mean O'Connor moving into the middle and Blizzard the one to make way, although one of Cox or O'Connor will have to get forward.
