Bobby Reid was brilliant, absolutely outstanding. Honourable mentions to Hartley and McHugh who were dominant, and Mellor and Kellett who played the difficult wing-back roles very well.

Mellor for me. Impressed with the way he takes care of the ball and manages his distribution. Even when heading he's looking to pass it to a green shirt rather than just heading as far upfield as possible. He is quality. Good going forward and doing his main job of defending.

Hartley, followed by B Reid, OConnor and Kellett. Good all round team performance. Balance is better with 3 - 5 - 2 and a LWB

Those were the three I concluded between before opting for Mellor - just. Everyone was good but those stood out.

Surprised with those saying Bobby was best , I like him and he's a good player, happy we've extended the loan but thought he was a little careless today with the ball, lost it a bit too easily at times. In general everyone was very good though but yep, was between those for me.
