Announced this morning that Blackburn are subject to an embargo based on Financial Fair Play rules.

This could have an implication for O'Connor as they obviously will need to offload players.

Or they might not renew the loan when it expires and want him back as they can't sign other players...

If Blackburn really wanted him I don't think they would of sent him out on loan to, two league two clubs, over successive years.

Technically, come new year he is a free agent and can sign for a new club although I think he will under 24 so a fee may be involved unless Blackburn do release him.

That is only applicable to transfers between foreign nations. I broadly agree though. In fact it's three league two clubs over successive years.
