Plus transfer window only applies to permanent deals, so, there will be further opportunities for loan signings in February and March.

In that report Shez says that he wants to know who will be on board until the end of the season. Loan deals until the end of the season MUST be completed before the transfer window closes. Emergency Loans will be subject to recalls and this is probably what JS wants to avoid.

Sad state of affairs when we are so heavily dependent on loanees.

Without them we would be struggling at the bottom of the league

It's hardly being rude. If JS waits too long to get O'Connor and Kellett on Standard Loans, he will run out of time to sign alternatives because Srandard Loan deals must be completed by 2nd Feb.

I must really not get his transfer in regards to argyle's midfield

We got olly lee in who likes to play deep. We have brought back reidy who likes to come deep. Now we possibly will get o Connor who played mostly as a midfielder protecting the back four.

Why on earth hasn't he looked to addressed the wide midfielder areas where we have been lacking this season?

Why hasn't he brought someone in who loves to run from deep but actually busts a gut to get in the box and/or has the ability to just stay behind the forwards and give them the support they are crying out for.

Getting these two will be great especially Kellet but I fear it doesn't address the real need we have in midfield.

Btw, if surely he knew Flanagan could play a hold midfield role was there really any need for olly lee! Another example of waste.

He certainly knew a lot on the inside at Home Park.

Where is he now? Was he a player who has moved on? Did anyone really know who he was?
