Chelsea, Man U and Arsenal have all declined.

How about Bournemouth, that would be a good one. Witness first hand what could happen with a decent manager.

Newcastle might want to return, replay their excitement at reaching the Premiership.

Crystal Palace - would be good to see Bolasie and Puncheon on the Home Park pitch.
