Why are we such slow starters

In the summer of 2013 we waited an age before assembling our squad. We got 9 points from our first 6 games.
In the summer of 2014 we assembled our squad very quickly ready for the season. We got 10 points from our first 6 games.
Doesn't make a difference when in the summer you sign your players, as long as you sign the right ones.
Relax, enjoy the summer break, and trust in Sheridan to do the one thing he's actually very good at - signing players.

The first 15-20 normally sets the tone for Argyle. If we're allowed to play the way we've set up then we are very good. If the opposition have done there homework and stop us then we are rarely able to answer to a different setup

Heard Sheriden is staying (sorry) and has lined up 3 players already and heard we are interested in Amari Morgan-Smith from Oldham. He is a 26 year old Striker, pacey, like Lewi apparently.

Most players and managers go off on holiday at this point early in the close season, the real business of player movement is usually towards the end of June as contracts expire.
Don't be sorry Sheridan ain't had a bad season really we have finished higher than our last position we should judge him on this next season.

Yes the playoff push was poor
Yes I watch regularly at HP and have not been always impressed with what I pay to see
But every little thing is gonna be alrite
We have dropped a long way but also come a long way in terms of going out of existence we must not forget this.
