Go onto the PASTA (plymouth Argyle supporters trapped in Avon) facebook page. They would have likely arranged a meet
The new sports bar at the top of Park Street (where Riley's was) claims to show "absolutely every live sporting event", including League 2/conferences matches etc. So there will be a safe bet to certainly see the game.
In the past PASTA members have normally been found at Walkabout and The Old Fish Market.

Flan O'Brien's in Bath has been suggested but I've not seen a PASTA venue in Bristol as yet but I have asked if anyone is planning on watchiong in a pub to let you know.
