I think we can win at Morecambe, especially as Barry Roache is suspended.
their sub keeper saved a penalty and only conceded a late own goal away at orient yesterday. Can't see where our next win is coming from. Can't see us finishing any higher than 6th

Morecambe have picked up just five points from their last ten games. At home this season Morecambe have picked up just twenty points from eighteen games.
It's a very winnable tie and it's come around exactly when we need it to.

As it happens I just used the predictor and had us finishing in fifth with 79 points, not the best finish, but there's points available. Normally the teams at the bottom are fighting for their lives, but this season (according to their fans) it looks like they've given up already, we should easily be picking up six points from the games against York and Dagenham. The other games do look a bit more difficult, but if we are, as we should be, six points better off in eight days time then we could build up some momentum going into the last seven. I don't think we'll finish in the top three though, I didn't even when we were top.

We've only managed draws against Dagenham, Crawley and Yeovil away and lost at Barnet. Anyone thinking that Morecambe is some sort of nailed on win is living in cloud cuckoo land. In fact anyone thinking any of our remaining fixtures are guaranteed 3 pointers is dreaming. Luton are firmly mid table with no prospects of either promotion or relegation yet they looked umpteen times more motivated

Barnet have one of the best home forms in the league and Yeovil are one of the most in form sides in the league. Luton are also one of the most inform teams in the league and have realistic ambitions of the play-offs now.

Yeah and when we don't beat Orient or Dagenham or York it'll be some other reason like 'Dagenham' are fighting for their lives', 'Dagenham are playing without pressure' or 'Dagenham are better away from home'

I certainly wouldn't be saying anything like that, failure to beat Dagenham would be unacceptable, however, we might not even have anything left to play for by then...

I've got us finishing 5th on 80 points. Somehow managed to end up with Oxford, Rovers and Accy all on 85 with Accrington missing out on GD. Portsmouth in 6th on 75 and Wycombe in 7th on 74.

Doing that made it alarming how easy on paper Oxford and Rovers run ins are. The next two games surely couldn't have come at a better time for us.
