So if I have both a season ticket and a Foundation/Big green lotto, does that mean I can purchase 2 tickets with my season ticket and 2 tickets with my Big Green lotto number, so 4 seats all together?

If that's not the case and I'm not suggesting you are doing this, but people that belong to both criteria, could either profit out of the other two or pass them on to people less deserving than those that only belong to one set of criteria.
