Car parking at Colchester

Anybody know, if there is any decent parking at Colchester FC

I understand that parking can be found elsewhere near the ground also. Local Police etc can be hot on unauthorised parking.

The park and ride is just over the road from the ground, there may be a charge so need to check before leaving the car park. Talking to a friend from Colchester he suggested getting to the P&R early because it may fill up quickly.

Did the same yesterday, after weighing up all of the options. Pretty straightforward, printed off the ticket and now good to go.

Do take care if yu use the spaces over the road - it can be hairy getting from there to the ground

Just FYI for anyone driving to Colchester today: the A12 is closed this weekend at Kelvedon, diversions are in use.

Just drove through there. The closure isn't until tonight - long after we've left.
