My father in law Ken Jones passed away early this morning

Ken first started going to Argyle before the war and has been a devoted Argyle supporter the rest of his life. Ken last went in 2010 as was getting to cold and then was taken ill last year.

Ken worked all his life as a Copper smith in the yard but aside from his family his passion was Argyle.

Ken will be sadly missed by his family and friends, whenever we talked conversation always turned to all things Green. I will miss him greatly along with Rose his wife his kids Sue, Steve (Steve in Spain) & my wife Sarah and all his grandchildren (including Ryan a frequent traveller to away grounds and fellow season ticket holder) and great grandchildren.

All the best Ken, hope I have half as good a life as you.

I'm sorry for your loss, Andy.

It feels very inappropriate to add this and I'm worried I will phrase it poorly, but to avoid potential confusion or misunderstanding, the Ken Jones some on here may know from his time as an Associate director at Argyle is still with us, albeit recovering from a stroke at the moment, at Mount Gould Hospital.

Thanks for clarifying that, John.
