One former Argyle player replaces another former Argyle player (and manager).

David Kemp has retired as assistant manager at West Brom and gone to live in America and has been replaced by Gary Megson.

Gary Megson's father Don gave 17 year old Pulis his debut at Bristol Rovers and was his manager for a couple of seasons. In age terms Pulis is just a year and a few months older than Gary Megson, so I assume they knew each other when they were lads?
