Until recently, I didn't really pay any attention to the protests that were going on around this piece of legislation that the Government are looking to introduce. However, this weekend I started to read an article in which 3 people were interviewed and expressed their concerns on what this Bill was looking to cover.
One of the people being interviewed said he objected to it because it would create 'a criminal offence of residing in a vehicle on land without permission'. Another said she objected to it because it prevented protesters from being disruptive. Note that it doesn't prevent people from protesting but her objection was that it did prevent her from being disruptive.
Is the world going crazy or what? So the lad thinks its ok to live on a persons land without even asking permission and the girl thinks she should be allowed to be disruptive, be violent and create a negative impact on other peoples' lives?
The youth of today really do seem to have a warped view on whats right and wrong nowadays imo.
