That was under the old regime, as Daz says we've had around three new pitches since then all done by the same company - Inscapes.
The CVA gave creditors 7p in the pound, I think.

What's your point?

7p in the pound. You must be joking?

Another summer of huge turnover and losing key players will only result in the same as this year.

Ruben will almost certainly be off.

Ruben should not go anywhere. He's done all that before with Coventry, Spurs etc, just to end up mainly in the reserves. He's now guaranteed first team football here and should therefore aim to get in the Championship with us. There's no reason for him to leave. He should sign a new deal. Last summer he reportedly said why should he want to leave Plymouth and the same should apply now.

Thats about as naive as it comes. Dont think you have thought it through!

I'm sure creditors would have loved seven pence in the pound.

However, I remember it as being 0.77p in the pound or put another way £0.0077 for every pound or in rough terms, less than a penny!

Already excited for next season under Derek Adams

"There's no reason for him to leave". What utter nonsense. If he was offered a contract by a Championship club, it would be on a lot more money than we could offer him. That is a reason to leave. I accept it doesn't mean he will leave. And despite what you claim, he's never played for a Championship club.

It is complete nonsense. But when I made similar posts they were removed to Balham Green thread on terraces!

What do you think we will be our points total at the end of the season?

I reckon 54 points which equates to two wins, two draws and three defeats.

Depends on the ref doesnt it?

PL2 3DQ wrote: A poor first 15 minutes, a goalkeeping howler and a much better second half with missed chances was the story of the game.

It was always going to be tough against a Doncaster team in the play-offs with a great home record but we gave them a great start by failing to clear a corner and the ball was smashed in.

Doncaster looked to score with every attack, we were slow in defence and several players were just going through the motions. It looked liked another Oxford game.

Midway through the half we came back into it and Ladapo had a great chance but his first touch was poor and the chance was gone.

Macey made a great close range save but soon after it was 2-0. A Doncaster free-kick was easily fired into an unguarded side of the goal because Macey was too far over on the other side of the goal.
As ever with Macey he makes superb saves but just can't get the basics right.
The half finished with several fans chanting Letheren’s name, although to be fair that awful first 15 minutes cost us.

Taylor replaced Songo'o for the second half and the formation changed from 4-2-3-1 to 4-4-2 and we had a right go at Donny.

Chances fell to Sarcevic, Ladapo and Carey but all were wasted.
A great run by Ladapo set up Lameiras and his shot looked to be in but somehow the Donny keeper saved it.

Doncaster relied on the counter-attack and could have scored more but did enough in the first half to win the game.

Fox was our best player, keeping things ticking over. Carey and Lameiras were much better in the second half, Ladapo wasted good opportunities, Sarcevic went through the motions, Canavan and Edwards are now a liability - their partnership rescued us during January and February but is now costing us, any team that runs at us as Doncaster did will always cause problems.

You have to ask why Adams still selects players who are out of form like Macey and Canavan.

It was so disappointing that the players started the game so badly, there was no fight or determination, although credit to them for playing so much better in the second half. We deserved a draw for that second half performance.

It's gonna be tight!

Man of the Match - Fox.

Macey 5, Threlkeld 5, Edwards 5, Canavan 4, Sawyer 5, Fox 7, Songo'o 6, Sarcevic 5, Carey 6, Lameiras 6, Ladapo 5. Subs Taylor 6, Jones n/a.

Very silly and poor post. You dont deserve a draw if you start playing when you are 2 down and then cant shoot. FOX was poor imo totally unable to win a tackle. Would like to see free kick again but it was hardly a 'howler' just a quality free kick. If it was a howler why is he currently mom?

So before Friday according to many of the experts on here it was Macey. Letheren plays and we let in 3 for first time since December. Macey knockers go very quiet. Also for all the talk of his distribution 3rd goal was Letherens fault for putting Canavan in an almost impossible position. You couldnt make it up.

last away day at Accrington Stanley!

Absolutely bleddy pelting it down.

If it's going to get worse than this then I think we may be coming back Tuesday.

Dont worry. According to Landons it cant be called off.
