Who's the bigger fool, the fool or the one who goes to his shop to buy "essential" plants.

What I'm finding shocking in all of this is the number of people who can't get it into their head to stay at home. They'll be the first complaining when they contract the virus and there aren't enough beds.

He will be as in breach of a enforcement notice from Exeter city council. Apart from a hefty fine let's say 100 hours community service cleaning around the victims in hospital and then like the philippines on lockdown breakers sat overnight in a morgue with a coffin as company. That should make things sink in

Planks Galore should cover everyone involved!!

Don't agree with his 'solution' but to be fair, his main 'beef' was that he can't sell plants but you can buy them in a supermarket when shopping for 'essentials'. The legislation/rules should have been drafted more tightly.
You can buy tinned beans but not bean plants ... anywhere!!
