Did we really need that comment ?
Local authorities have had their budgets or cash grants greatly reduced by central government the past 10 years so there is constant reductions in local services regardless of what party controls finances,
However this is a football forum not a political forum !

It appears he has not travelled much. He should take a trip to Buenos Aires or even Athens in order to compare.

To be fair to Neil he’s one of the most well travelled people I know.



It appears he has not travelled much. He should take a trip to Buenos Aires or even Athens in order to compare.
