China Crisis - B-Sides (1982-1986)

Yes I know but I really liked them.
Working from home on job number 2 (number 1 = 'Retail' of course ;) )
So I need something not too challenging in the background.
Say what you like: China Crisis = nice tunes!!

Don’t apologise for China Crisis. African and White. Christian. Working with Fire and Steel. Black Man Ray. Arizona Sky. King in a Catholic Style. A string of excellent singles there.

For my sins I saw them at Nottingham Rock City years ago and loved Wishful Thinking, still do, don't think it's ever dated. Like so much of their other stuff too, very much underrated 80's music.

Funny that people are still talking about them, on Pasoti too ! Even though it sounds like for some it has come at one hell of a price.

Don't know if I'd go as far as a B sides album though ...

Highlight of the gig year for me this year was another 80s (well, started in 1979) star. Couple of weeks ago I saw Gary Numan in St David’s Hall with an orchestra. His last album got to number 2 and he’s really back in the game. His shows at the Albert Hall and Bridgwater Hall in Manchester sold out in 5 minutes! He was awesome. This, plus the Psychedelic Furs set last year, show that there’s some life in the 80s yet.

China Crisis performing at 'Let's Rock' festival at Powderham (across the road from me) outside of Exeter next summer. I'm going just to see the Human League and Thomas Dolby.
