Argyle have lost four away out of nine
Pompey have lost three at home out of nine.

Seven to one

Well my pound on Argyle to win at Portsmouth at 6-1 with Betfair was wasted... Still, on the way home we stopped in Southampton for a meal in a pub with my daughter who is at University there and I bought a ticket for £1 in the pub's Lottery Bonus Ball draw, casually remarking that she could have the money (as I wouldn't be there to collect it). She chose her old football shirt number (8) and now she is £72 better off!

I must thank you for that. I couldn't believe it when I saw your post in October and I put on £15. As a new BV customer I had three free bets which I won back £12, meaning my Argyle bet for top half finish only cost me £3.
My first bet for about 20 years.

Why do bookies offer odds on more than 2.5 goals being scored, surely its more than 2, being more than 2.5 just seems a pointless confusion?

Because they also offer under. So having over 2 and under 2 would be even more confusing if the game ended 1-1 (that is actually a market now but lesser known). The .5 markets are far more popular and logical.

Leeds United to win the Championship is still available on Totesport at 4 / 1

You may have to get in quick, I think they are going to walk it this season.

Someone's breaking their duck tomorrow then! Question is: Is it Argyle getting a first away point(s) or Rovers getting their first home point(s)

What's the odds on the game being postponed?

You can get 11/2 with other bookies, still not high enough though, they won’t finish in the top 2 in my opinion.

You may well be right, I reckon they will be top in February and then the manager will fail as he has done many times before when the pressure is on BUT if they have a big enough lead

Oxford 9 / 1 to finish in top half of table.
A fit Jamie Mackie will score enough to get them there easily.
