It's premature and it obviously demonstrates a lack of long term footballing understanding. That being said, why are people surprised? If you take the Chelsea job, you surely have to be aware that immediate & sustained success is a requirement.

Always used to manage Bristol Rovers on Football Manager as managing Argyle felt too close to home... I never got sacked, but left after I got bored a couple of seasons in :lol:
