I post this with great regret. It may be correct legally but morally it seems a scandalous situation.

Wouldn't the best thing for all concerned be ending all these legal battles? The line has to be drawn somewhere. I think they got justice last year.

There are no legal battles. Current prosecutions are being assessed and advanced by the crown
