Can't deny I've always liked him, one of the greatest tacticians the game has seen.

Seems to have lost his mojo at United though, he used to have a bound in his step and he used to employ psychological warfare with a smile, now he just looks eternally grumpy and annoyed, which must have an impact on his players.
