Slightly disappointed that Evans, as the pantomime villain, won't be at Peterborough next Saturday but will take Ferguson as a like for like replacement.

Harsh sacking. Evans was pretty much given the task of revamping & reshaping their entire squad, he hasn't had a huge amount of time to do that. And it's not even like they're languishing in mid table, they're in the play offs. I think Peterborough owner's expectations exceed what the club is capable of in the short term.

Since arriving, Darren Ferguson has taken Peterborough out of the play offs and has only managed to produce bottom half form, yet today he's just been rewarded with a 3 year deal. Really odd, fair to say some Peterborough fans aren't happy.

Replacing Steve Evans with Ferguson never made sense to me from an outside perspective, I'd have definitely said Evans is the better manager.
