Not quite sure why some posters are being so disrespectful towards Paul Wotton. Can only imagine it’s those who are to young to remember him as an Argyle player and only judging him on his assistant manager role with DA.... :sigh:

joint second on the all-time appearance list, > 60 goals.

As far as Argyle are concerned, he deserves the word Legend to be used. Much more so than modern players who downed tools and allowed us to be relegated, then legged it, like Carey and Lameiras et al. If these guys were really legends they would have stayed and put right the shambles they helped create

good luck to him i say, will be interesting to see how his teams line up, formation wise and style,maybe a couple younger players could go there on loan, but the southern premier league ? maybe they need a bit higher than that, we will see

Sort of with you until the Carey bit... he didn't down tools and probably stayed with us longer than he should have, if anything.
