Only in the League Cup, but, be interesting to see how club of their status is treated.

Just a fine I suspect. Be amazed if expelled.

I don't see why it wouldn't be anything but a fine. As it says in the story, Sunderland were fined after playing an ineligible player in the same cup competition as Liverpool and 4 league games.
