I don't think it will be long before we see this. There will be some progressive thinking owner out there that will want to be the first to do it in English football. I personally think it would be an excellent thing to do but imagine it would take a bit of getting used to especially for the players of the particular team. I also wonder how it would affect the wives of the players and whether or not the wives would have the sort of influence they have over a player joining a club as they seem to have when they're looking to sign for us. Emma Hayes is in the running for the Wombles job according to Skybet.....
 
Seems a logical progression to me Potty. In the past fifteen years we’ve seen women assistant refs, women physios, women media commentators and pundits, surely the first woman manager can’t be far off, particularly arising out of the spectacular world-wide growth of the women’s game.
