Internet racism in football

Once again this subject is leading the week-end’s footballing stories, with Marcus Rashford calling out the perpetrators. The problem is the anonymity of these people. Government can do little because the management of the platforms are outside our country.

I’m not very tech savvy, but given that Facebook and Twitter will never insist on creating a user identity for posters for fear this will lessen the growth of their sites, isn’t there a case for new platforms to emerge where identity is a requirement, which more mature and intelligent posters might gravitate towards.? Surely there’s an opportunity here?

I don't understand people who see the point in racism. This is at least silly. You, like other people, live in a world where everything is different, we are all different people and this is amazing
