On Saturday there is not a single league one game which doesn’t involve a team either seeking promotion, or avoiding the drop.
I think the automatics will soon be sewn up by Hull and Peterborough. With the arrival of the Crowley Bros at Pompey, and Lee Johnson at Sunderland, which seems to have galvanised both clubs, then the play-off winners will be one of these two.
For relegation, I think Bristol are dead certs. A horrible run-in on top of current rotten form, and key players out through injury. I think they’ll be joined by Rochdale and Wigan, and Northampton because they’re a bit less consistent than Wimbledon.
