Now something that intrigues me, are suspensions from Football authorities and clubs. Is there a general ruling on whether that affects wage packets if say a player is suspended for 3 matches does he lose a percentage of his wages or all of his wages for that period. 9 times out of 10 the bookings and suspensions are down to the player himself,so hes made him self unavailable to his club,so in theory he should not be paid for his unavailable services.
Then there's club suspensions which I believe are limited to loss of a maximum 2 weeks wages, which probably wouldn't affect the higher paid players but a player in the lower reaches would certainly be hurt.
