The Premiership is to crack down on owners of the clubs regarding debts/financial dealings etc,so says the Sunday Times today.
Portsmouth will be refused advanced parachute payments also, which could help them out now?,and rightly so too.
Liverpool could be asked to submit new reports of their financial situation also. The Premiership want to get in line with what UEFA is doing in the other European Leagues.
From what i can gather, owners must be in tip top financial health so they can pass the fit and proper test, which the Premiership does ask of owners.
Are we finally seeing the Premiership pulling their finger out,or just hyped up talk by the elite ones?..
