Would not have given a hoot if it was a member of press harrasing as they do but then again was he there to protect players from that kind of thing in the first place.
Anybody can see a car coming at 1/2mph surely?

Trying to weave his way around 30-odd photographers, he probably didn't notice. If anything they're the ones who should be reprimanded for unnecessarily distracting a driver.

Why has he got lucky?? If you put you leg in front of a moving Range Rover (even at 1mph) there's only going to be one winner.
I imagine this happens quite often with the scrum around the players cars.
John Terry could of course fly a helicopter to get home after a a match on H&S grounds, but them some people would accuse him of causing the ice to melt in Alaska.
