How do they do that (Wembley cameras)

Watching Spurs vs Pompey in the FA Cup semi at Wembley (good, competitive game, unlike... oh let it go!), occasionally there is a camera angle that makes it look as though the camera is about 20 feet above the pitch... it looks really good (but it isn't used much).

But how do they do it?

There are cameras above the pitch, that chase the action.

I think it's probably zoomed in a bit to make it look closer, but it does appear to be closer than the rugby one. Although you don't get many balls going as high as the ones in rugby in football, so it doesn't have to be as high.
