So can someone tell me how THAT works? Signing two Argentinians from their country's Third Division? How on earth can they be granted work permits? :?

A large number of Argentinians can claim european ancestry and thus a european passport, there's 3 of them on italian passports at my girlfriends work. Dunno about Baz but i'd be williing to bet battipiedi has an italian grandma or similiar.

You are absolutely right, the vast majority of Argentinians are of Spanish or Italian descent.
