the funniest thing i have heard in a long while. savage been accused of buying 7 pairs of trainers and getting a kid to carry them out of a shop. Savage reacted brilliantly

I've only heard him a couple of times but I must admit both times brought a smile to my face. He had a good bit of banter with a couple of QPR fans who were ribbing him about conceding 2 late goals on Saturday

Did anyone else hear 5live when he was co-commentator at Villa Park and the ball hit him and knocked his earphones off? Hilarious.

Does anyone else remember when 606 was relevant and did much to set the football agenda for the week, rather than being a X-list fronted rantfest that is the aural equivalent of You're On Sky Sports?

I used to drink with Robbie's dad (Colin - I heard that he died - RIP).

Anyhow, I spoke to Robbie on the phone a couple of times. A nice guy (and has looked after the rest of his family very well).

I wouldn't complain if we signed him!
