Manderic had a face like thunder at 0-4 down. Then wreathed in smiles as the Pompey fans chant 'Milan's coming home'.

Would he jump ship again from one that is sinking to another kept afloat by those nice people at HMRC?

Pompey can still afford the likes of Kitson and Nugent's wages - who exactly is paying them and from where?

In the post match interview Cotterill was saying what good players they have at the football club.

It does help when you have the likes of Utaka and Kanu with HMRC picking up the majority of the tax bill to pay them since they joined the club. Would they still be at the club if Pompey had not been able to pay them wages they couldn't afford subsidised by the taxpayer?
