It is the habit of Presidents of organisations to fetch up at AGMs to take the chair when election/re-election of the chairperson takes place. It can only be assumed that this Japanese gentleman, who seemingly is all heart, has not presented himself at an AGM, otherwise the financial report/status of PAFC would have become known to him. To be honest despite all the hard work which has gone on in Japan, I feel it will be too late to change the course of events early next week.
