If Kagami is completely disinterested in the outcome of all this then why wouldn't he give his shares to the Trust, or someone else?

The main danger at the moment seems to be his distance and lack of interest. No-one will refinance the club if the main shareholder won't.

On the other hand I don't imagine for a moment that he is hostile to the club or its fans, just indifferent. Chester, for example, went bust because the owner not only didn't care about the club but actively hated the fans.

If Kagami has written off all his investment and expects nothing back then he might as well let the Trust, or someone else, have a try at bailing the club out.

The Herald's freelance in Tokyo is perhaps a way to do this if it hasn't been done already.

This is the 2nd time that funds have been promised from Japan and failed to arrive. Personally think it would be more a suprise if they did arrive then didnt.

Its entirely possible that Kagami wont want to throw more money at an investment with little hope of a return. He doesnt have the emotional investment we have. having said that if one of the posters on another thread is too be believed that Synan is in town then I guess that can be seen as a positive?

Lets hope so.

I was thinking the other day.

I've always fancied going to Japan, and I love sashimi.

Perhaps we can make some real PR damage, by me flying out to Tokyo and finding the allusive Mr Kagami and having a chat with him.

I know it sounds far fetched, but I'm up for a bit of travel.

Waddyareckon?

I'm not sure the inscrutable Japanese would like that sort of publicity, has anyone got any contacts with Japanese press?

I'm really up for it, imagine the bad PR that could cause, an English fan, flying all the way to Japan for monies promised?

This idea is growing.

All I need is an overnight bag, a begging bowl (that'll wind them up) and help in getting to see the man.

I'm ringing the airline now, to see what it's going to cost me.

As I say, not wholly altruistic as I've always wanted to go.

My Mrs will kill me when she finds out.

So, who is going to play you when this gets turned into a low budget Brit-flick? It could go global!

That's TWO of us.

Plus I have a PM from a Pasoti'ite who is travelling to Japan in a few weeks time.

So that could be three PAFC fans, who could end up outside Kagami's offices.

Anyone else?

This could be THE away trip of a lifetime.

I've got Pete Barraclough's number from last time, time for a call methinks.

Now this could well run.

I've texted Tony Campbell, I hope he has a strong sphincter.

The Japanese will not like this, one little bit.

Maybe we could get enough to charter an Air South West plane?

Would need several dozen stops on the way, but I would be up for that.

Why don't you get Sky involved? They might even fund the trip (out of their squillions of profits) and make a news story/docu-drama out of it?
