A very well constructed press release which chimes with all our thoughts. Let's hope it will ring a bell with our so far self seeking board.

What fantastic staff we have at the club!
The directors should be ashamed of themselves.

Couldn't have agreed more.....

what dedicated and loyal staff we have at our club, working without pay to help keep the club going.as for the board, don't be so heartless&selfish we need a completely new board in place that can rebuild our proud club.the ball is in your court,do something possitive for once at the board meeting tomorrow

I reckon if by some miracle the club makes it through this whole sorry mess in a strange way it will be stronger than it ever was. I believe the club has a new identity and as we've seen in recent weeks fans and especially employees have displayed a real dignity which has only strengthened the pride of being associated with Plymouth Argyle F.C.

Directors, it's time to make way. No ones bigger than the club but it seems you think you are.

How can anyone on the board ignore this?

I agree with you, except that this shouldn't have been necessary; it is "simply" a very moving statement of the blindingly obvious.

Get it up on the baggo', I'm sure none of the Board would have the technical ability to take it off!

I find it unbelievable that the board can do anything other than the decent thing and put the interests of the club and staff first.

The whole "he said / he said" attitude of the board reminds me of schoolchildren.

The board need to understand that if they put their own self interest before that of the club, staff, and fans that will live with them forever. Notwithstanding that, Argyle fans have a long memory - remember George Reilly working on a building site 20 yrs after the FA Cup Semi Final??

Just you watch 'em .

Big respect to the staff, i'm proud to contribute to their fund because I know full well that if I wasn't paid by my multi-millionaire bosses I would be unable to conduct myself with a shred of the dignity they have. It could be easy to become bitter and unhelpful to the customers but in all my interactions on the phone and at the ground the staff have been not one jot less helpful, polite and cheerful.

Let your self interest go NWO, you have failed these good honest people it's time to make a late consession in that direction yourself and leave, and salvage a smear of dignity by not expecting financial compensation for so doing.
