It could be that one of the Director's have brought this to court in an effort to stop the other Director's making a decision later in the day?

That would make sense ... I wonder who is ultimately footing the bill for these expensive legal manoueverings ... wonder if legal people on all sides are paid up front over and before the Argyle staff.... probably. Plenty of money for their legal concubines and fellow feeders.

Maybe, if this comes shortly after the board meeting, this is an opportunity to put the club into administration, if so decided. Perhaps one of the directors or PR has 'booked' it in order to get it done quick (in the event it is decided on) before any funny business can hold it up.

We have been furiously been trying to find out more about this. Apparently, the case will not be in open court which implies it may be some form of injunction. Celia Ellacott of the ISC has agreed to be there in any case. This may have implications for the timing of tomorrow's Board Meeting

We are facing a different registrar but no doubt Registrars Barnett and Barber have exchanged notes.
Given that the same court said (at the HMRC hearing) that there looked like there was a good chance of the money appearing, they might be a little displeased to see us again.
