Anyone know if there is a public gallery for this court? I work in London and thought I might try and go & see it for myself...

Maybe, if this comes shortly after the board meeting, this is an opportunity to put the club into administration, if so decided. Perhaps one of the directors or PR has 'booked' it in order to get it done quick (in the event it is decided on) before any funny business can hold it up.

Or is that definitely incorrect?

Yes

Apparently the hearing is not in open court - which might just refer to reporting restrictions - not impossible to sneak in though - I'll be trying. I guess if there are 20 or 30 'interersted parties' attempting to gain access it could get tricky. :)

Yes

Timing is ass about face for that to happen.

Got me puzzled now, nobody seems to know so it's been well hushed up.

One can't just 'book' a slot at Court - there has to be cause.

I'm torn between the premeditated act by a group of the directors to force the issue or the need for an extension.
I believe the court in Leeds is not sitting tomorrow so perhaps to get the extension heard early they had to find a court that was open and it just happens that the one with space is the Royal Courts.

I think it's pretty safe to assume it's not about the extension tomorrow.

Doubt you'll miss me :) I'll try to get there around 10. Meet outside or 4th Floor Thomas More Building - same building as before - through the RCJ turn left slight right, through Queens Building and up in the lift.

Damn. Had already decided that it looked premeditated but was clinging onto a thin hope that it was procedural.

Celia - let's meet in the cafe at the end of the entrance hall, up a few stairs and to the left a little. 10 am
