Got to the ground this evening at about 7.35 to see Sue still stood outside the Devonport end with her bucket. It looked like she'd had a good response. She was freezing but in good spirits. Well done for all your efforts Sue. Sorry I couldn't be there earlier to give you a hand.

Hear Hear! :nworthy:

Smiling and cheerful when I said hello and chucked a handful in the bucket. Plenty of notes in there this evening (assuming that people put their £10ers in there instead).

Well done Sue

Sue, the lady some of you may have seen at Hillsborough and Home Park last night, has got off her bum, walked, talked and collected and has managed to somehow collect.

£1204.85p

Tony Cholwell and Desargyle passed the bucket around in the Business Lounge, so they also deserve some credit, but truly, Sue's effort is truly amazing!!

Sue, we on Pasoti (of which, you're now a member) salute you!!

On Saturday at Hillsborough I had £23 pounds on me. £21 to get in and the other two for Sue's bucket. It would have been more if it wasn't for the fantastic pubs around Kelham Island!

Great work Sue! :nworthy:

Ian,

I am glad to see that you have changed your mind about the bucket style collection (or similar). You regularly used to sneer at us Grecians for doing this in troubled times.

Good on you :)
