Er, I think you'll find there's a big difference between re-negotiating and coming to an agreement. If the story of the ground being revalued today is true maybe they're finally accepting that they won't get their full wack back.
Of course there's a big difference. I was merely pointing out that "every indication of a renegotiation" was already a positive answer to your question about whether there was "any chance". While they're still talking, or talking about talking, there's still some hope for a happy resolution one of these days. A happy resolution for the likes of us, that is - I don't give a flying one if Mastpointurbators end up less than happy.
